What is Txt 2B Heard?
Txt 2B Heard, a project of the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut and funded by the Connecticut Health Foundation, is an initiative that will allow your voice to be heard in health care reform.
We want to know:
- What do you want from your health care?
- What would make it easier for you to get healthy and stay healthy?
- What are your ideas for making the health care system work better for you and the people you know?
Tell us, and your responses will be used to create a report that we will give to policymakers and health care leaders in Connecticut. Your input can directly influence health care reform!
